In this episode, Smooch cooks with Turts (Honu Turtles), an old surfing buddy. Turts lives with his girlfriend Leilani (Leilani Rayes) who has a violent temper and disdain for the Chronic Crew. Leilani and Sook, the shows make up artist, battle each other while Smooch and Turts struggle to come up with something to cook.

The entire Chronic Crew gets involved when the age old question is presented, "Blueberry tart OR strawberry tart?". Which tart will reign supreme?
